Steps Required In PioneerRx:

  • Go to Pet Profile:

    • under PATIENT STATUS, classify the pet at 'DECEASED'

  • This will remove Patient/Pet from any refill reports or Patient reports in the system

  • confirm YES to discontinue all prescriptions in Patient/Pet Profile
