Prior to your appointment, our Pharmacist gathers essential health and medication details to ensure your consultation is thoughtful and efficient.

Appointments require at minimum 7 business days in advance to provide adequate time for intake forms to be completed and for the Pharmacist to review the patient's information and prepare for the consultation.

Payment is collected at the time of booking.

Intake forms are required to be sent within 2 business days of making the appointment. If forms are not received within the adequate timeframe, the patient will be contact to reschedule the appointment once forms are received.
